Energy Bars are perfect snacks to take anywhere! And you will only need 3 ingredients…so you can’t f**ked them up!
INGREDIENTS:

At Home:
In a bowl, mash the banana
Then, add the peanut butter and the oats and mix well everything.
Pour the mixture into a baking sheet and spread out evenly.
Cook in the oven at 180°C for about 20 min or until golden.
Once ready, cut them into bars. You should get around 12 bars from this recipe.
You can also dehydrate them; after 10 min in the oven, cut them into bars and dehydrate them for about 7 hours at 135F/60C.
