Energy Bars are perfect snacks to take anywhere! These are bars made from oat flakes, spelt flour and apples, without sugar! Given the high costs on the market, why not make them with our hands? Here, is the homemade bars recipe for you! An exquisite taste and perfect consistency! They won’t crumble so perfect to fit into your backpack! And much better and more genuine than the ones you buy!

 

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 apples
  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • vanilla essence
  • 100gr coconut oil
  • 1 cup spelt flour
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 1tsp vanilla essence
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1tsp bakin powder

At Home:

In a blender place the apples and blend till well chopped (not pureed)

Then, add banana, eggs, cinnamon, vanilla and melted coconut oil and blend until everything is well mixed.

Add oats, spelt flour, baking powder and salt and mix until well combined.

Pour the mixture into a baking sheet and spread out evenly. Add raspberries on top.

Make score lines with a knife on the wet bar mix. This will make it easier to cut into bars later.

Cook in the oven at 180°C for about 40 min or until golden.
