Those banana energy bars are a delicious and healthy alternative to the bought one. Those snacks are tasty, fulfilling, cheap and quick to make.

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 bananas 
  • 100 gr oats
  • 10 gr of flaxseeds
  • 100 gr nuts (I have used 50 gr of almonds and 50 gr of walnuts)
  • 40 gr honey 
  • 40 gr dry fruits (I have used mixed berries from

At Home:

In a bowl, mash the banana

Then, add the roughly chopped nuts, the honey, the oats, mix all together, and then add the dehydrated berries (I use the ones from the rotten fruit box). give it another good mix,

Pour the mixture into a baking sheet and spread out evenly.

Cook in the oven at 180°C for about 20 min or until golden.

Once ready, cut them into bars. You should get around 12 bars from this recipe.

You can also dehydrate them; after 10 min in the oven, cut them into bars and dehydrate them for about 7 hours at 135F/60C.
